BLACKBURN Patricia Blackburn of Clark Retirement Home Grand Rapids passed away October 2 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Elsie Blackburn; brother Samuel Blackburn Jr.; sister Natalie Johnson. Survived by Nephews Michael (Cindy) Johnson of Grand Rapids David (Bonnie) Johnson of Meredith N.H.; also several great nieces and nephews. Patricia was a member of Fountain Street Church. Funeral Services will be October 7 2009 at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd SE., Rev. Matthew Cockrum of Fountain Street Church officiating. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Clark Retirement Home Benevolent Fund 1551 Franklin St. SE Grand Rapids MI 49506.
