Mary Bernadine Jaracz

Bernie Jaracz, age 88 of Ann Arbor, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 in Ann Arbor following a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Walter Jaracz, Jr. and son, John Jaracz. She is survived by her children, Sheri (Jim) VanEs, Michael (Linda) Jaracz, Mary Pat Jaracz (Jeff Stuckey), Martha (David) Sawle, Dr. David Jaracz (Debbie Kowich), Daniel (Amy) Jaracz, Susan Jaracz (Tim Deglopper); daughter-in-law, Sandy Jaracz; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Evelyn Collins; and beloved Daisy dog Sassy. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Glacier Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center in Ann Arbor for the care and kindness that they showed our mother. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 7, 3:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd., Grand Rapids with visitation one hour prior at the chapel.
