We are heartbroken. Love and prayers for the family. ❤️
Our expression of sympathy seems so inadequate in expressing our sorrow for Dave’s passing. He fought a good fight with his beautifully positive attitude and incredible smile. He’s enriched our lives by knowing him. Sending LeeAnn and all the Abel’s and extended family members warm hugs during this sad time. Sandi & John

Rest easy brother Dave
We could never agree on college football but at least you were able to see your team with a National Championship
Rest easy friend
I just never met anyone who knew how to live life better than Dave. Took me in as his own on day one and made sure i was raised right, and I’ve never seen someone love their kids and care as much as he did for Chris and Rach. The world is truly a worse place without him in it. We lost one of the best. Probably the best I’ve ever met. He fought harder than hell too but now he rests easy and keeps watch over his two children, two grandchildren, and his super loving wife. I can’t imagine how he’s living it up now if he could pull off what he did down here. I think of you every single day and always will. Lots will. See ya soonish big man. Love you!
