Ausma Linde

LINDE Ausma Linde aged 78 of Grand Rapids passed away March 9 2011. She was born in Liepaja Latvia. She immigrated to the United States with her Father and Mother in 1950. She received her bachelors degree from Aquinas College and her masters degree from Grand Valley State University. Ausma was head of hematology at St. Marys Hospital until her retirement. She was active in the Grand Rapids Latvian Lutheran Church until her death as well as an active member of the board of the Latvian Association of Grand Rapids. Ausma is survived by her sons Andy (Sherry) Linde Eric Llinde and former husband Aivars Linde. She will be fondly remembered by the Latvian Ski Club and many friends here and in Latvia. Visitation will be March 14 2011 at 10:00 AM followed by services at at the with Reverend Ilze Larson officiating.
