Thomas W. Mol

MOL Thomas W. Mol aged 19 passed away November 21 2011 at Trillium Woods Hospice from complications of renal failure. He is survived by his mother Dawn Marie Coby Mol; his father Steven Daniel Mol; brothers Michael and Matthew; grandmothers Phyllis Eifert Joanne Coby-Kozarek and Judy Coby; grandfather Dennis Kozarek. He is also survived by many aunts uncles and cousins. The family wishes to express their thanks for the loving support they have been given during the time of Toms illness. Funeral services will be November 26 at 1:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church 2700 E. Fulton. The family will greet visitors from to 1:00 PM at church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to defray expenses would be appreciated.
