Suttyn Moxie Emmert passed peacefully in the arms of her loving mother on the morning of July 16, 2013. During her short time on earth (18 days), she touched many lives and was loved deeply by her family and friends. Suttyn is survived by her parents, Christopher and Stacy (maiden name Schwalm); brother, Cullen; grandparents, William and Joanne Schwalm of Whitehall, Wil and Eloise Emmert of Vicksburg; aunts and uncles, John and Jennifer Szegda, Amy Emmert; and cousin, Liam Szegda. A visitation will be held in her honor on Sunday, July 21 from 3-6:00 p.m. at the O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Road, Grand Rapids.
