Sarah Lynn (Devroy) Collins, age 58, passed away April 22, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Moreen Devroy. Sarah is survived by her husband of 34 years, Tracy; children, Daniel Collins, and Hannah (Jordan Mayberry) Collins; siblings, Elizabeth (Scott) Boruta, Chris (Ann) Devroy, Nancy (Steve) Castleman as well as many nieces and nephews. Sarah worked at Merrill Lynch for over 40 years where she touched hundreds of lives. She was able to brighten a room with her contagious laugh. Sarah was a loyal friend who cared deeply for everyone in her life. She loved Pentwater, casinos, her get togethers for Dancing with the Stars, Sundays with Dan for The Walking Dead, and of course Patty-Jerry night. She’d play “Farkle” until the spots fell off the dice. Sarah always served as the hub for Devroy family gatherings, where the planning went through her, and she wouldn’t have had it any other way. Sarah was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. An outdoor Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 1-4 PM at the Collins Residence, 3853 Sydney Court NW, Walker, Michigan 49534. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Spectrum Health Hospice, 100 Michigan St. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, or American Cancer Society, 129 Jefferson Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
