Russell Harry Puth of Lowell, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 with family at his side.
Russ was born September 19, 1925, in Newark, New Jersey. He was a World War II veteran, having served in the Army Air Corps. He married the love of his life, Marguerite ‘Peggy’ Storm, 67 years ago.
Russ was employed by Martindale-Hubbell of Summit, New Jersey, for 38 years. He was their top salesman, covering the Minnesota region. Over the years, he resided in Minnesota, Arizona, Tennessee and moved to Michigan 14 years ago.
Survivors include his wife Peggy, and three children: Judy Haglund of Ada, Dianne White of Santa Barbara, CA and Jeff Puth of Loretto, MN. He and Peggy have eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
At Russell’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. His final earthly resting place will be on the beach in Monterey, California, where he will join his first-born grandson.
