BAUER R. Scott Bauer age 51 of Vergennes Township passed away unexpectedly December 27 2011. He is survived by his wife Jennifer; children LCpl Nicholas Bauer Cameron Bauer Jacob Bauer and Dominique Damron; parents Robert (Kathy Sullivan) Bauer Carol (Fred) Wissman; brother Adam (Brenda) Bauer; sister Amy (Chad) Read; father-in-law Charles Wendt; brother-in-law Bill (Barb Shaffer) Wendt; nephews Tyler Simon Riley Colin and Devin Jordan Zander and niece Madison. Scott spent many years working with children and young adults at Lincoln School and St. Johns Home. Scott was a loving and wonderful father and husband. He was a humorous and artistic man who treasured his years with the Golden Gloves. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Patrick Church 4351 Parnell Ave. NE Parnell Rev. Mark Peacock presiding. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. Memorial contributions may be made to an educational trust for Jacob Bauer.
