Richard Lincoln Chudik

Richard “Dick” Chudik, age 87, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Dick is survived by his wife of 66 years, Carolyn Chudik; children, Linda (Larry) Johnson, Laurie (Fred) Masco, Amy (Doug) Sandmann and Daniel (finance, Kristy Blackmore) Chudik; and grandchildren, Karly Chudik,  Noah Sandmann and Christan McDougal. Visitation will be Friday, January 18 from 1-2 PM and the service at 2  PM at Cook Valley Estates, 1049 East Paris Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Melody Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dick’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
