Richard James Wildey Sr.

Richard James Wildey Sr., age 85 of Grand Rapids, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane. He is survived by his children, Julie Wildey, Betsy Wildey, Wendy (Robert) Tatroe, Amy (Robert Pfauth) Dalziel, Richie (LeAnn) Wildey Jr.; sisters, Arlene Rohde, Virginia Swainston; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren. Rich was a 1947 graduate of Godwin High School and served as a US Marine during the Korean Conflict. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 224 Carrier St. N.E., Grand Rapids. Rev. Pat Grile presiding. Visitation Tuesday 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m., with the Rosary recited 6:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids.
