Peter R. Chernoby

Peter R. Chernoby, age 72 of Lowell, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Catherine Chernoby and 10 siblings. He is survived by his sister, Sophia (Raymond) McElheny; his brother, Andrew (Catherine) Chernoby; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Chernoby, Helen Chernoby, Esther Chernoby and also 31 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday 11:00 AM at the Roth-Gerst Chapel, 305 N. Hudson, Lowell, Msgr. Andrew Keith Lowe of St. John Chrysostom Russian Orthodox Church officiating. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Lowell. Military honors under the Auspices of the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation Wednesday 5:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 5:00 PM.
