He was preceded in death by his mother Hyacinth Ena Powell; sister Claire Powell; mother-in-law Ollie Lee Armstrong; brother-in-law Mark Armstrong. He is survived by his father John Powell; five sisters and six brothers; daughter Francetta Leonna Powell; son Dalton John Powell; former wife Frenchetta Powell; special friend Michelle VanVels; step-daughter Kayonna Jones; special extended family; Harold Grutter Elizabeth Grutter Debbie Moored Brad Grutter; former sister-in-law Joyce Armstrong. Funeral services will be at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. Visitation Saturday 2-4 & 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the service. Interment in Jamaica.
