Penny “Mouse” Sue Couch

Penny Sue “Mouse” (nee Desotell) Couch, age 48 of Caledonia, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend, has suddenly departed this earthly place on Friday, April 29, 2016. It is with great sadness that we tell you of this loss of Penny. She was a graduate of Lowell High School, a track star, and cheerleader. She was a graduate with honors from Western Michigan University in Psychology and Sociology. She was a former employee at Longford Care Unit, where she enjoyed her duties of helping people with their addictions. She was preceded in death by her father Harold “Desi” Desotell. She is survived by her mother Louise Desotell; loving husband of 25 years James; sons Desmond, Damon and Dominick; sister Pamela (Jeff) Morris, nephew David; niece Sarah; special daughters Katrina Couch and her son Trevion, Karissa (Josh) Fisk and their children Alexus, Aniya, Amani, Ainyae, Journey and Scott; and a host of friends and relatives. Visitation Monday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the Apostolic Christian Fellowship Center, 7700 Wingeier Rd., Alto.  Funeral service will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at the Apostolic Christian Church, 7157 Wingeier Rd., Elder Ted Steffen, officiating.  Interment Apostolic Christian Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Church.
