Mary Louise Wolf

Mary Louise Wolf, age 91 of Porter Hills formerly of East Grand Rapids, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Martin Wolf; sons, Michael, Stephen, Gregory; sister, Catherine Pfaff Cholis. She is survived by her children, Chris (Katy) Wolf, Marty Wolf, Mary (Kevin) Loiselle, Andy (Linda) Wolf; daughters-in-law, Julie Hickey Wolf, Karen Bole Wolf; brother, George O. Pfaff; brother-in-law, Alex Cholis; grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer Loiselle, Andy (Jeanne) Wolf, Caitlin (Matt) Abramson, Kevin (Cristina) Wolf, Kristen, Karie, Allie, Erin, and Megan Wolf; great grandchildren, Sam, Jack, Rosie; also five nieces and nephews. Mary Louise received her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College and her Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. She was a docent at the Grand Rapids Art Museum and the Grand Rapids Public Museum, and a longtime member of the Women’s City Club. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Parish, 723 Rosewood Dr. S.E., Grand Rapids. Rev. Thomas Brown presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 4-7:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids and one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
