Mary L. Mulvihill (nee Remien), age 84 of East Grand Rapids, passed away, Tuesday, March 19, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mulvihill. Mary is survived by her children, Paul (Mary Rose) Mulvihill, Tim Mulvihill, Dennis (Melissa) Mulvihill, Coleen (Eric) Carlson; grandchildren, Shane (Kara Lenoir) Mulvihill, Grace (Andy) Anderson, Brogan Mulvihill, Eamon Mulvihill, Aiden Carlson, Reese Carlson, Quinn Carlson, Casey Carlson, Teagan Carlson; and three great-grandchildren, Lucas, Madeleine, and Bryce. Mary graduated from East Grand Rapids High School in the class of 1957. The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Clark that did an amazing job taking care of Mary for the last 4 years. Visitation will be held 5-7pm, Friday, March 22, 2024, at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Graveside Service will be at 2:30pm, Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Resurrection Cemetery, 4100 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49509. Rev. Rock Badgerow officiating.   1. Was sad to hear that my wonderful next door neighbor has passed She still would remember me even when I visited her recently So we know she is in a happier place and now at peace The Vydareny’s have her family in our thoughts and prayers at this time of loss RIk Vydareny

    I recently heard that your dear mother, Mary had died. Don and I remembering setting with your parents at ballgames and enjoying their company. Hold your loving memories close. Mary was a lovely lady.
