Margaret Yanoschik of Ada, passed away peacefully into Eternal Life on the Vigil of the Annunciation on March 24th, 2021, surrounded by family members who prayed together and sang to her. Although she was only 19 years old, she lived a full, beautiful life and brought much joy to all who knew her. She loved God, her Catholic faith, her family, and her home in her beloved state of Michigan. Margaret is survived by her parents, Matthew and Anne-Marie Yanoschik; brothers, David Yanoschik, Michael Yanoschik; sisters, Claire Yanoschik, Elizabeth Yanoschik; grandmother, Laurie Davis; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
What everyone remembers most about her was her joy. She had an infectious laugh. She had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. She often had a funny story or joke to add to the conversation. She had a big heart and was attentive and loving to everyone she met. She loved children and had a tender care for the elderly and disabled people. She delighted in the beauty of the natural world and enjoyed learning what she could about it. She was enthusiastic about pickleball, painting with acrylics, reading and writing poetry, playing her guitar, knitting, paddle boarding, and horse riding. While studying at college she also taught several Latin and Fine Arts classes to middle and elementary school students for Mother of Divine Grace School. She was a kind and gentle teacher. Despite her rare medical condition, she never complained or became bitter about it, but focused on loving those around her. While Maggie loved her home in Michigan, she knew that her true home was with God in Heaven. She was a great gift to her family and will be very much missed.
