Marcia Sue (Busch) Watkins

Sue (Mom/Grandma) peacefully passed away on Saturday morning July 10th, 2021, surrounded by her beloved family by her side. Sue was a kind and gentle soul who loved her family unconditionally. She loved summers spent with her family in Grand Haven and Traverse City and enjoyed the warm weather and sandy beaches. She enjoyed her anniversary trips with her husband Bill where they traveled to Glen Arbor, Traverse City, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs to name a few of her favorites. She also loved East Grand Rapids where her and her family has shared the same house for over 40 years. Sue was the true definition of a fighter as she courageously battled two separate bouts of cancer and beat it both times. She was preceded in death by her father, George Busch Jr. (Popi); mother, Margaret Busch (Noni); and her favorite golden retriever, Bunker. She is survived by her beloved husband, (Bill Watkins) who was always by her side and enjoyed 44 years of marriage together; her son, Marc Watkins (Amanda Woy); daughter, Sarah Bohnsack (Shaun); her most cherished grandchildren, Aiden and Kensie Bohnsack; her twin sister, Peg (Bob) Vetvick; brother, George Busch III; and all her cherished in-laws, nephews, and nieces.
