BROWER – Lucille Lucy Brower age 87 of Lowell went to be with her Lord on March 1 2010. Lucy was a bright and unique spirit who made everyone laugh. She will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE on March 20 2010 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes.+
