John Erwin Seevers

John Erwin Seevers, age 67 of Lowell, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father Howard and brother Jim Seevers. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marilyn; daughters Kimberly (Darryl Gates) Seevers and Tracy (Zak) Kutz; mother Gertrude Irish; brothers Bill (Sue) Seevers, Jerry (Joyce) Seevers, Jay (Nancy) Hoppe and sister Theresa (Walt) Ashley; sister-in-law Bethie Seevers; grandchildren Amanda (Nate), Tyler (Kelly), Cody (Ashley), Aleiha, Jaydon, Zeke and John, foster son Arric Thomas. John served in the Army in Korea and Vietnam. He worked at Atwood for 25 years and built custom utility trailers at Rivertown Trailer. Visitation Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Roth-Gerst Chapel, 305 N. Hudson, Lowell, MI. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday at Graceland Memorial Park, 4321 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
