Gary GB Bond

BOND – Gary GB Bond aged 55 of Grand Rapids passed away unexpectedly May 13 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents John V. Bond Sr. and Lucille Petty; stepfather Luther Perry and sister Vicki Staton. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Kim; children Christopher Michael and Courtney Briana; brothers John V (Lynnette) Bond Jr., Vince (Lestine) Petty Mark Petty Jerome (Deloris) Bond Ricky (Patrice) Bond Eric (Trena) Bond Phillip Bond; sister Jennifer Jackson; mother-in-law Delores Mimi Wilson; sisters-in-law Cheryl (Robert) King and Connie (Willie) Snow; brother-in-law James Wilson; many nieces and nephews. GB was a 1978 graduate of Central Michigan University who played football on the 1974 National Championship team. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Stephen Church 750 Gladstone SE. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. Memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Secondary Schools Scholarship Fund.
