He is survived by his father Gregory Kalm; mother Kathleen Gassman Kalm; sister Kelly DeWinter; brother Kyle Kalm; sister-in-law Andrea Dewey. Memorial service will be June 20 2009 at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd SE with visitation one hour prior to service.
