Doris B. Ardis

Doris B. Ardis, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 4, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband Don and 8 siblings. Doris is survived by her children, Laurie Ayres, and Jennifer (Dan) Keaton; grandchildren, Ryan and Sean Ayres, Liam and Ayla Keaton; and many dear nieces and nephews. Doris was very devoted to her faith, family and friends. Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 10, 2020 at St. James Lutheran Church, 2040 Oakwood Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505 with visitation from 12:30-1:00 PM. Rev. Dr. Glenn Schaeffer presiding. Social distancing and masks will be required at the church. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 19778 US-10, Reed City, MI 49677, St. James Lutheran Church’s Lutheran Women’s Missionary League “LWML”, or the charity of one’s choice.
