Dolores Elaine Myers

Dolores Elaine Myers, age 88 of Lowell, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family, Friday, May 10, 2019. She was preceded in death by her sister, Avis Cookingham. Dolores is survived by her daughters, Sally (Riley) Jenks, Susan (Brian Jenkins) Whittemore; son, Douglas B. Myers; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. She grew up on the family farm on Egypt Valley and 2 Mile Rd., Ada. Dolores was a graduate of Lowell High School and retired from Kent County Register of Deeds. She loved traveling to the Upper Peninsula, walking the Mackinaw Bridge on Labor Day, and vacationing in Florida in the wintertime. Following her wishes, there will be a private family gathering. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery, Parnell.
