D. Scott Follett

FOLLETT – D. Scott Follett age 51 of Wyoming passed away November 6 2008 from accidental injuries. He is survived by his children Elizabeth (Kevin) Longest Scott (Jennifer) Follett; parents Donald (Linda) Follett Marilyn Blink; brother Mark (Cindie) Follett; sisters Leslie (Joe) Brower Sherry Traxinger; three grandchildren; also four nieces and three nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. November 11 at Grand Rapids First Assembly of God 2100 44th St. SW Pastor Larry French officiating. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home 3980 Cascade Rd., and one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Salvation Army 1215 E. Fulton Grand Rapids MI 49503.
