Clark Richard Parsons, age 82 of Lowell, passed peacefully to his eternal home on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Glenn and Evelyn Parsons. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Greta; children Angie (Dave) Young, Cheryl (Brian) Doyle, Merlene (Mike) Baker, Jeff (Kristin) Parsons, Carmen (Matt) Tawney; 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Carole (George) Anderson; sisters-in-law Josephine Nash & Elaine Nash; many nieces and nephews. Clark was a hard-working family man in the truest sense as he valued most his faith, family and friends over worldly possessions. He enjoyed attending his children and grandchildren’s many events with Greta, playing cards, traveling, genealogy work, and enjoying the great-outdoors, especially fishing and farming. Clark will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. Clark proudly served in the U.S. Air-Force in the Korean War. Visitation will be held at the Lowell United Methodist Church, 621 E. Main St., Friday, April 15, 4-6 p.m. and Saturday 10-11 a.m. A Memorial service will be held at the church Saturday, April 16 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Brad Brillhart officiating.
