Charles Lyle Ullery

Charles Lyle Ullery, aged 79 of Cascade, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Rolla and Marie Ullery.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judy; children, Brenda (Jack) Holwerda, Mark (Jennifer) Ullery, Scott (Karen Serek) Ullery; grandchildren, Taryn, Charlie, Chase, Payton, Grace and Sophia; great-grandchildren, Nora and Zara; brother, Curt (Carol) Ullery; brother-in-law, William (Shari) Lane; sisters-in-law, Norma (William) Scott, Sally (Gary) Willick; several nieces and nephews.  Charles taught math and science at Forest Hills Central Middle School for over 30 years.  He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He supplied many handcrafted, hand tied fishing lures to various sport shops.  Charles was a great father, and a loving, thoughtful and giving husband who was fun to be around.  After retirement Charles spent many hours puttering in his shop and garden.  The family will hold a celebration of Charles’ life at a later date.
