NOVISKEY Boyd Nelson Noviskey age 83 of Lowell passed away June 15 2011. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Marion Lucille Noviskey; children Larry Alan Noviskey Linda Kay Scott; granddaughter Danielle Marie Scott; and Lindas Shih Tzu his favorite pet Lizzie. A private graveside service will be held at Freeport Cemetery with Military Honors.
