ANNA MARIE KOETSIER

Anna Marie Averill Koetsier (nee Hoevenaar), age 85 of Cascade, went to be with the Lord Friday, January 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd R. Averill and Lawrence J. Koetsier. She is survived by sons, Richard (Brenda) Averill, Daniel (Linda) Averill, and Timothy (Shelly) Averill; stepchildren, James (Linda) Koetsier, Larry (Lenora) Koetsier, Lora (Terry) Sytsma, Kevin (Sheri) Koetsier; brother, Henry Hoevenaar; brother-in-law, Gary (Pat) Koetsier; sisters-in-law, Eleanor (Richard) DeVries, Wilma (Claus) Kerkstra, Marilyn (Emery) Kosten, Betty (Ben) Brinks; 22 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. Funeral and Committal Services will be held Tuesday 1:00 p.m. at Cascade Fellowship Christian Reformed Church, 6655 Cascade S.E., Grand Rapids. Rev. Milton R. Doornbos officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids. Memorial contributions may be made to Karate for Christ of Michigan, Cascade Fellowship Mobile Food Pantry, or Ada Christian School.
