Susan Vago Blake of Lowell passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a gentle, loving, and loyal person who will be missed by all who knew her. Sue loved spending time with her grandchildren, making meals for her family, and tending to her garden. Sue taught her family the value of caring for others through her example. She is survived by her loving husband Brian of 38 years; two sons, Daniel and Michael; sisters, Karen and Tami Vago; grandchildren, Clayton and Maeven; and her extended family. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, David Paul Vago and Nancy Cable.
Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Parish, 151 Garfield Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:00AM. Visitation will be held an hour before Mass.
