Rose Marie Nead

Rose Marie Nead, age 80 of Lowell, passed away on December 27, 2023. Born on January 2, 1943, daughter of Herman and Lula Dreger. Rose grew up in Saranac and graduated in the class of 1961. She was a lifelong Lutheran and a member of the Good Shephard Lutheran Church in Lowell. Rose held an officer role for Women of the Moose in Lowell and served as a bowling secretary for many bowling leagues. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Roger Nead. Rose is survived by her husband of 60 years Ronald; daughter Rhonda (Michael) Timmers; grandchildren, Haleigh (Brad) Moore, Ryan Timmers (Tonya Phillips); great-granddaughter Alexandra Moore; Rose’s siblings and many friends. Private graveside services will be held at Saranac Cemetery. A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
