Roberta “Bert” June Gahan

Roberta “Bert” June Gahan, age 83 of Lowell, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Merryman; and eight siblings. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Michael; children Terri (Ed) Mooney, Marie (Jim) Peterson, Michael Gahan Jr., Sharon (Kelly) Landman; son-in-law, Kevin Merryman; brothers Ralph Marshall, Marvin Marshall, Leroy Marshall; grandchildren Tom, Christopher (John), June, K.C. (Lenae), Alyshia, Jayme, Grant, Joey, Gavin, Gabrielle, Caden, Caitlyn, Logan, Luke, Jacquelyn; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Bert had the biggest heart and loved all people unconditionally with all her heart. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 5, from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m., with a rosary prayed at 7:30 p.m., at Roth-Gerst Chapel, 305 N. Hudson, Lowell, MI 49331. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, December 6, at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation one hour prior to the mass, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4351 Parnell Ave. NE, Ada, MI 49301. Rev. Thomas Cavera presiding. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Roberta’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
