Richard T. “Dick” Bezile

Richard T. “Dick” Bezile, age 85, of Ada, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Dora Bezile; mother-in-law, Beatrice Morr; sisters, Doreen Coates, Lila Greenfiled-Cammet; brother, Harold Bezile; brothers-in-law, Donald Coates, Clyde Greenfield, and Keith Cammet; sisters-in-law, Edna Bezile, June Bezile, Sharon Brown; nieces, Ginger Taylor-Bezile, Jodi Brown; nephew, Lonnie Bezile. Dick is survived by his wife, Judy Bezile; daughter, Sara Bezile; brother, Lyle Bezile; brother-in-law, Jim (Kathy) Brown; nieces and nephews, Dennis Bezile, Kay Lou Zemke, Kim Greenfield, Bruce Greenfield, Michelle Rowden, Randy Bezile, David Coates, Doug Coates, Dean Coates, Stacy Odell, and Pat Odell; cats, Bootes, Mattie, Princess; and yellow lab puppy, Reba. Dick earned his Master’s Degree in education and counseling at Western Michigan University. He worked at Dean of Student Services at Grand Rapids Community College. Dick enjoyed golfing, attending Western football games, golf outings and trips, and getting together with friends. Services will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Ada Congregational Church, 6330 Ada Dr. SE, Ada, MI 49301 with visitation one-hour prior. Rev. Rick Dykema officiating.
