Pandora Dolores (Anton) Payne passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025, in Grand Rapids, with her three daughters by her side. She was reunited in heaven with her beloved husband of 41 years, Alpha Thomas (AT) Payne III, as well as her parents, siblings, and in-laws.
The daughter of Greek immigrants, Pandora was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She faced her brief battle with cancer with grace and strength, always putting her family first.
She is survived by her daughters, Ashley (Mark) VanDellen, Mollie (Troy) Blasius, and Hannah (Ben) Rosema; and her six grandchildren: Graham Payne Blasius, Sutton Keaney Blasius, Emerie Anton Blasius, Alpha Jay Rosema, Benjamin Alan Rosema Jr., and Cole Thomas Rosema. She is also survived by her sister, Anna (Stuart) Bogden; and sister-in-law, Miki (Roger) Hempleman.
A private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trillium Woods (Faith Hospice).

So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. This is hard.
AT and Pandora were a blessing to me and my family. I had known AT since high school and shared lots of memories with him. I remember him first meeting, going on dates, and then eventually marrying Pandora. We will always remember them both and the time we were privileged to spend with them. She was a good friend and a wonderful mom. Condolences to all the family. They are united once again !
