Pamela Anne Evans

Pamela Anne Evans, age 77 of Lowell, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025. Pam had a deep love for nature and the simple joys of life. After working for IBM and Corewell Health for many years in the Computer Engineering industry, when she retired she found a love for scrapbooking and capturing cherished memories through her creative touch. She loved spending time with her family, often cracking jokes and making everyone laugh with her quick wit and humor. Pam was at her happiest in nature and loved watching birds, spending time with animals, and appreciating the beauty of the natural world. Some of her most treasured moments were spent camping at Benton Lake Campground where she created countless lasting memories. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Evans; and her parents, Thurman and Lois Luxford. Pam is survived her daughter, Tami (Mike) Lemson; granddaughters, Nicolette Lemson and Kaleigh Lemson; great-grandchildren, Mason Weatherby, Lilah Lemson, and Noah Lemson; step-children, Rick (Dana) Evans, Larry (Bonnie) Evans, Steven (Tanya) Evans; brother, Brian (Dee) Luxford; sister, Micki (Robert) Sullivan; nephews, Brandon (Monica) Luxford, Lyman Bristol III, and canine companions Schatzi and Strudel.

Family will greet friends and relatives from 6-8pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Roth-Gerst Funeral Home, 305. N. Hudson Lowell, Michigan, 49331. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday, November 7, 2025, at the funeral home, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan. Memorial Contributions can be made to the West Michigan Humane Society, 3077 Wilson Drive NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.

  2. I missed you so when I left Meijer. I was so happy to run into you there when we were both there. I’ll miss you forever.
    They say God only takes the best. Well they are right. You are one of the best.
    Rest in Heaven and I’m glad you are reunited with your wonderful husband. He constantly made me laugh when he came in.
