With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nathaniel Duane Clark, age 40, of Lowell, Michigan, who left us unexpectedly on October 7, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joanna Clark; Scott Wray; and grandparents Ron and Margaret Clark, and Duane and Mable Krauss. Nate is survived by his parents, Dave and Cindy Clark; sister, Sarah (Chris) Chambers; nieces and nephews, Hayden Lenard, Alivia (Michael) Hawley, Ethan and Makenna Morgan, Luke and Grace Chambers; great-nephews, Bentley and Hudsyn Hawley; fiancé, Nicole Wray; and her family, Brad and Patti Besteman, Blaire Wray, and Jillie (Nate) Wiemer; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and many close friends.
Nate lived life with a giving heart and adventurous spirit. He loved the outdoors—camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, and building campfires with those he loved. Whether enjoying a round of golf, a game of pool, or simply sharing a laugh with friends, Nate made lasting memories everywhere he went. He was a member of Moose Lodge 809 and the APA Pool League, where he formed close bonds with many.
Nates presence lit up every room he entered. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Family will greet friends and relatives from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Roth-Gerst Funeral Home, 305 N. Hudson Lowell, Michigan 49331. Funeral services will take place at 11am on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Vergennes Church. 10411 Bailey Drive NE, Lowell, Michigan 49331, with Pastor Ed Schnider officiating.
