Nancy Ann McNulty, beloved wife, mother, “Mimi,” sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026, surrounded by her family, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was 85.
Born on September 21, 1940, in Lakewood, Ohio, Nancy attended high school at St. Joseph Academy. She met Cornelius (Con) whom she married in November 1961. They had three children, Michael, Holly, and Lisa. After living in Indianapolis for several years, they moved to Wadsworth, Ohio, a place they called home since 1968. Nancy and Con built their own business as manufacturers’ representatives all while raising their three children. They enjoyed their many friends and “Gourmet Group,” who became lifelong friends. They attended many parties and events. They retired to Naples, Florida where they built a life filled with many more friends.
We will all remember Nancy for her sense of humor, and love of adventure! Nancy loved swimming in the ocean and taking long walks on the beach, collecting many seashells along the way. She enjoyed biking, walking, shopping with her daughters (with Con tagging along!), dancing, watching the sunset, and many happy hours with her friends and family. She and Con enjoyed cruising throughout Europe and taking many trips to the national parks where they enjoyed the wildlife and hiking. She cherished the visits from family and grandchildren to Naples to the “beach house” with their “private parties” and special treats!
Nancy had a zest for life and loved orchids! She had a nickname at their residence in Naples as “the Orchid lady” as she planted many in the trees and all around The Sanctuary condominium where they still bloom. Nancy and Con moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan two and a half years ago to be closer to family.
Nancy is survived by her most loving and devoted husband, Con, son Michael (Teresa), daughter Holly (Chip) and daughter Lisa (Bob), grandchildren Andrew, Lauren, Danny, Katherine, and Jack, sisters Carol and Barbara (Jim). She is preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Jim and Richard. Her laughter, spirit, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held to honor Nancy’s life on February 13, 2026, at 11:00 am at St. Robert of Newminster Catholic Church, 6477 Ada Drive, Ada, Michigan.

So very sorry Lisa. It’s so hard losing “mom.” We all have memories coming home and talking to mom after the days at school. Then in marriage years. Our mom’s we never forget no matter how old we are. She loved you through think and thin times.
Cherish your memories and share them for their so special .
