Marybeth Harwood, age 81, of Lowell, passed away on July 27, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Garry Kiczenski, Richard Guy, and Clare Harwood; grandson, Andrew Kiczenski; and nephew, Peter Stevens.
Marybeth is survived by her loving son, Joe (Carrie) Kiczenski; grandchildren, Brad (Katie) Kiczenski and Cameron Kiczenski; and great-grandchildren, Brayden and Daisy Kiczenski. She is also survived by her brother, Alfred (Shirley) Stevens; niece, Betsy (Mark) Taub and their family; stepdaughters, Carri Graber and Heather Alferink and their families; and her lifelong friend, Jeannie Schaefer.
Marybeth’s presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
May she rest in peace—with a really good book in her hands.
