Marian Jean Schaible

Marian Jean Schaible, age 98 of Grand Rapids, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Schaible; sister, Jane Gilmore; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Joyce Roswald; sister-in-law, Karen Roswald; and granddaughter, Jennifer Schaible Winters. Marian is survived by sons, Douglas (June) Schaible, Stephan (Peg Schulan) Schaible; grandchildren, Brian (Patty) Schaible, Tim Winters; great-grandchildren, Katie Schaible, Mackenzie Schaible, Lyle Schaible; brothers, Bob (Barb) Roswald, Paul Roswald; and brother-in-law, Gary Gilmore. A private celebration of life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emmanuel Hospice, 401 Hall St. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
