Feldman, Lyman Keith, age 92, passed away Monday, December 5, 2022. He was predeceased by his wife; Vivian (Wingeier) Feldman; his parents, Fred and Miriam Feldman; and sister-in-law, Pauline Feldman. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Zollinger; daughter, Margaret Jackson; sons, Keith (Cheri) and Kent (Dawn) Feldman; son-in-law, Paul Jackson; three grandchildren, Carmen Jackson, Brad (Laura) Jackson, and Grant Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Trayer Jackson; brother, Fred Feldman; three nieces, Angel, Roni and Elizabeth; and Mary Ann’s large family.
Lyman enjoyed a career of farming, which he learned as a boy on his grandparents’ farm in Fairbury IL, and pursued for many years on the family farm in Alto, MI. He also was an excellent shoe salesman with many loyal customers, working at his father’s store in Illinois and for Muller Shoes in Michigan.
Lyman loved his Christian faith, his church, and his family. He enjoyed traveling and many lifelong friends. Lyman was very active and rode his bicycle into his nineties. He resided in Alto, Michigan and Sarasota, Florida.
Visitation will be held 2-5 PM, Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Apostolic Christian Fellowship Center, 7700 Wingeier Ave, Alto, MI 49302. The funeral service will be held 11 AM, Monday, December 12, 2022, at Apostolic Christian Church, 7157 Wingeier Ave, Alto, MI 49302; elder Ted Steffen officiating. Interment Apostolic Christian Cemetery. Family wishes to thank Maple Ridge Manor and Kindred Hospice. Memorial contributions may be made in Lyman’s name to Apostolic Christian Life Points, 2125 Veterans Road, Morton IL 61550.
