Louise Desotell

Louise A. Desotell, age 79, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023, and is now dancing in the heavens with her one true love, Harold “Desi” and she can finally hear the music! She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Penny. Louise is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Jeff) Morris; son-in-law, James Couch; grandchildren, David Morris, Sarah Morris, Desmond Couch, Damon Couch, Dominick Couch; several brothers, sisters, and cousins. Many thanks to Hospice of Michigan (Marla, Kim, Khue, and Mark). Their care, love and compassion were truly incredible. Family will meet with friends and relatives Sunday, July 16, 2023, 6-8 pm at the Apostolic Christian Fellowship Center, 7700 Wingeier Rd. Alto, MI 49302. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Monday, July 17, 2023, at Apostolic Christian Church, 7157 Wingeier Rd. Alto, MI 49302. Ted Steffen and Howard Plattner officiating.   1. Rest in peace Louise. You have gained your heavenly wings to join the loved ones that proceeded you. You will be sorely missed by your family and friends.

  2. Louise was a special lady that I had the pleasure of meeting decades ago. Louise and Harold came to Springfield to see my great-grandmother Bertha Desotell. My condolences to the family. Sending love and hugs.

  3. May God comfort each of you in your loss. Louise was friendly and welcoming to us when we lived in Alto. She will be missed.
