Linda Diane Rickner

Linda Diane Rickner, age 83, of Newaygo, passed away on April 1, 2026. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Rick Rickner; her son, Scott Rickner; and her parents, Wayne and Donna Fellows.

Linda is lovingly remembered by her sons, Jim (Jean) Rickner and Todd (Angie) Rickner; her grandchildren, Tricia (Kevin) Vance, TJ (Ashley) Rickner, Ryan Rickner, Jacob Rickner, and Jenna Rickner (Eric Fast); and her eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Terry (Candy) Fellows, Jerry (June) Fellows, and Dave (Julie) Fellows, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends she made throughout her life.

Linda dedicated many years as a homemaker and was a proud member of the Moose Lodge and Elks. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—shopping, dining out, and traveling, especially on cruises. Linda and Rick cherished their summers on Hess Lake, where they spent countless hours boating on their pontoon and hosting visits with family and friends.

They also enjoyed wintering in Bradenton, Florida, where they were active members and familiar faces at the Moose and Elks Lodges. There, they loved dancing and socializing with their many friends.

In her final year, Linda remained vibrant and engaged at StoryPoint, where she enthusiastically participated in music and dance activities. She also enjoyed playing bingo and working on crafts, always bringing warmth and energy to those around her.

Linda will be remembered for her love of family, her joyful spirit, and the many friendships she built over a lifetime.

Graveside services will take place at 11am on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Alton Cemetery, Lowell, Michigan.
