Lillian Anna DeBree

Lillian Anna DeBree, age 98, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, went peacefully in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Helena Wiest; her sisters, Catherine Host, Theresa Steffes, Rose Mary Nickels, and Bertha Wiest; brother, Reynald Wiest; and several nieces and nephews. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Doug) Fosner, and several nieces and nephews. Lillian was a devoted catholic and attended Holy Name of Jesus Church, and in her later years, St. Dominic’s Catholic Church. Her final years were spent at Porter Hills Village in Grand Rapids, MI. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11am on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, 50 Bellevue St. SW, Grand Rapids, MI, 49548, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Danny Orris presiding. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lillian’s memory can be made to St. Dominic’s Catholic Church.
