Judith Christensen, age 86 of Lowell, passed away December 17, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Hazel Moore, sister, Ruth Penning, brothers, Bob and George Moore; son, Robert Knapp, and daughter, Anita Rosa. Judy is survived by her husband, Einar Christensen; children, John (Debra) Knapp, Connie Hernandez, Frederick Wandron, Terra (Paul) Burke; grandchildren, Bradley Knapp, Joshua Hernandez, Jessica Hernandez, Johnny Knapp, Andera Knapp, Cory Wandron, Ginni Wandron, Alex Hernandez, and Jared Knapp; nephews, Patrick and Sean Pennings; and many other friends and family, and her community at Laurels of Kent.
Guided by her faith and love for her family, Judy’s words in the following poem reflect her gratitude for God’s blessings and the deep joy she found in her children.
I’ve Had It All
Children, don’t you cry.
don’t ever cry for me.
Everything, I ever dreamed
God has let it be.
You know I still remember,
How much I wanted you.
Each of you, my darlings
and it has all come true
I wanted love, so badly
I searched, for many years,
but I looked in dark places,
and through to many tears.
I finally learned something,
if you want, you have to give
and my precious children,
At last I began to live
Now my blessings, far outnumber
Any pain I’ll ever have
No matter, what I have to face
I never can be sad.
When Jesus comes, to take me home
When I hear the final call
Don’t cry for me, my loved ones
because, I’ve had it all.

I will always remember Judy as such a beautiful sole! Always so kind and loving! When we used to visit Michigan.. we would always visit her and she always made us feel welcome! God bless!
I had the honor of working with Judy at Laurels of Kent. She always had something sarcastic and or funny to say. She always brought a smile to my face and made me feel good.
Fly high you beautiful soul!
Love,
“Kid”
