John Daniel Wroblewski, age 68, passed away on August 8, 2026, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was born on December 28, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, to Stanley and Cristine Wroblewski, who immigrated to the United States from Poland and preceded him in death.
John was a skilled machinist by trade and worked in the tool and die industry. He lived a quiet and private life, valuing his independence and the friendships of a small circle of people close to him.
In his younger years, John enjoyed boating, fishing, bird watching, and traveling. Over the course of his life, he lived in several states before eventually returning to Michigan, where he settled near his mother and father and remained close to them during their later years.
John is survived by his siblings, Helen DeRuiter, Thad Wroblewski, and Richard Wroblewski.
A private family service will be held at Findlay Cemetery in Ada, Michigan, where John will be laid to rest.
John will be remembered by his family and friends in their own personal ways, and as someone who chose to live his life quietly and on his own terms.
