Floy Marguerite Manion

Floy M. Manion, age 97 of Comstock Park, passed away June 20, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry C. Manion; and son, Michael Manion. Floy is survived by her son, Mark Manion; grandchildren, Kory Manion, Jennifer Cleary, Amber Appel; great-grandchildren, Sierra, Kaylee, & Rowin Cleary, Allison & Elizabeth Manion, Alexandria & Hunter Appel; sisters, Joyce Hintz, Majorie Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. She worked many years at Meijer and Lescoa making many lasting friendships with coworkers. Floy enjoyed gardening, tending to her roses, traveling to numerous Marine Corp “Raider” reunions with Harry and Mark. She was an avid reader of murder mysteries and enjoyed her time gathering with the Red Hat Society Members. Floy will be truly missed by all her neighbors in the Comstock Park area where she resided for over 60 years especially her close friend Wanda Scott. A graveside service and interment will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
