Dorothy Marquis (nee Wetzel) passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. She is survived by her husband, Stephen; children, Greg (Christine), Paul (Barbara), Janice (Dave); three grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Carl Wetzel; and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lavinia Wetzel; brother, Robert Wetzel; sisters, Betty Beacher and Rosemary Travers. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 2750 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Emmanuel Hospice, 401 Hall St. SW Suite 263, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49503.
