SQUIRES – Jacklynne Mary. God welcomed a precious angel on March 6 2009. Jacklynne Mary Squires mother of Michael (Vicki) McGaw Kristen (Craig) Kleinman and Robert (Jennifer) Squires; devoted grandmother of Megan Christopher Nicole Maggie Kaley and Iris; beloved sister of Douglas (Terri) Veenkant and Jo (Dennis) Wilcox; loving aunt of many nieces and nephews passed away after a long and courageous illness. Although Jackies favorite occupation was raising her children she also received much joy as a labor and delivery nurse caring for mothers and babies for well over 20 years. Most recently Jackie was a graduate of parish nursing at Calvin College. She will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched. Funeral services will be Saturday at 12:30 PM at Eastminster Presbyterian Church 1700 Woodward SE Rev. Donald E. Gordon officiating. Visitation 6-8 PM at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE and Saturday 12:30 PM at church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Calvin College Parish Nursing Program or to your favorite charity.
